What can we do for you.
Have you seen a fabric that you think will make a great duvet cover. Do you have an idea for a print or a design that you would like to get printed onto a fabric and then made in duvet covers, curtains etc.
Last year Sleeptight brought production back home to the UK. Our team of sewing machinists have never been busier. Suzanne our founder and owner was already a skilled machinist and used her experience to train a few local ladies on using some new machines. Production has increased steadily and during 2010 we expect to hire more staff and to take on more manufacturing for UK retailers.
We have a minimum production run of 20 Duvet covers in any size of Cot, Cot Bed or Single size or a combination of sizes and this can usually be acheived with one bolt of fabric for the front printed panel and one bolt for the rear panel depending on length and duvet cover size. Ideal if you don't want a huge initial outlay on materials. The process is easy.

You order your fabric and have it sent directly to our sewing unit. We may be able to help with the back panel of fabric from our own large stocks.
We then cut, sew, finish and package your items.
Your order is invoiced and then sent directly to you.
We also have contacts with fabric printers in Europe so if you wanted your own design made up, just get in touch and we can discuss the way forward for you to acheive your goals. The minimum quantity for fabric printing is upward of 1000 metres.
We can manufacture in 100% Cotton and polycotton blends and all duvet covers will come with care labels. For an even more personal touch, we can arrange for care labels to carry your own brand identity.
Our standard packaging is to iron and pack with a card stiffener insert into a clear poly bag with a plain card displaying the contents and other appropriate details. You can of course supply your own packaging or your own card inserts or sticker labels to make your items stand out from the rest.
