Delivery Policy

We want you to be happy with our service and we'll try to ensure you get your items from us as soon as possible to keep it that way.

 

Our usual delievery method will be Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the address specified in your order. If you have ordered a number of items which go over the weight limit for Royal Mail, which is 5Kg's, then we will use a parcel delivery company such as DHL.

 

Please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery. Most items will be delivered within 2 - 3 days from despatch.

 

We will try to despatch your items on the same day if ordered early enough for us to prepare the items ready for posting. Otherwise, they will be despatched the next day. If ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday then the items will be despatched on the next working day.

 

As most items will not fit through a letterbox, please always check for a card which may have been left by the delivery person if you think you may have been out during your normal post delivery time. Quite often though, the cards are not left and we often find when we track an item that it is waiting collection at the local delievry office.

 

If your item has still not arrived we will check the delivery with the tracking number and inform you of the current status. Should an item be deemed lost in transit, then we will offer a refund or a replacement item.

 

We do not routinely check delivery of items and if we do not hear from you within a reasonable time we will assume delivery has taken place and that you are happy with your product. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item or feel it has taken too long to arrive then please inform us either by phone or email as soon as possible. This will allow us to track the item whilst it is still in the Royal Mail system and is still likely to be retrievable from the local delivery office, if it has made it that far.

 

Please note: If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail because it has not been collected from the delievery office, we may need to re-charge postage for a second delivery.
